The trucks still roll up from the Gulf, the ice is still cold, and the answer to "what’s good today" still depends on the tide. Whole mullet for the fish fry, oysters by the sack, shrimp by the pound — the Oyster Bar has outlasted every fad because fresh never goes out of style.
